大家可能都知道,日本富士山藤幼儿园是由联合国国际经济合作组织(OECD)评选为世界上最优秀的教育建筑,也是世界上最美丽的幼儿园,它的主创设计师是享誉世界盛名的日本著名幼儿园建筑师手冢贵晴和手冢由比两夫妇。这样一栋“无终端”,无墙壁,无阻隔的环形建筑,孩子们天上(房顶)、地下(操场)、室内、室外可以随意蹦跳奔跑,并无“禁区”。这种自由开放的氛围,对于培养孩子们的好奇心、自信心、主动精神、与人交往的能力无疑是有巨大促进作用。

如何通过教育建筑设计激发儿童的学习和想象能力?

张晓光先生认为设计师工作的出发点是孩子,如果不了解孩子的需求,就没办法为他们设计合适的空间,让孩子去体验、去学习。我们需要充分了解孩子的情况、社区的特色、老师的需求,在此基础上完成最终的设计。有时候也要适度深入社会,与社区意见领袖、教育部门、老师、学生一起讨论,推动教育设计的发展。

If he does not understand the child's needs, there is no way to design a suitable space for them to let the child experience and learn. We need to fully understand the child's situation, the characteristics of the community, and the teacher's needs, and complete the final design on this basis. 以前孩子们的背景是相似的,但是现在孩子们背景越来越多样化,孩子们的文化背景、经济条件、语言能力、上学的动机都有很大差别。过往以一概全、一刀切的教育方式已经过时了,而现在的教育要因材施教,根据每个孩子的具体情况,帮助他们成长。同时,活动室要更加灵活,便于孩子们做一些团队协作的活动。幼儿园规模也要规划设计好,适合孩子们参与项目。另外设计幼儿园时,一定要注意采光、通风,让学习环境更加舒适。
